[orca-list] Flat review without holding down Orca modifier key

Hello,


I use flat review quite extensively these days and wonder if I can 
reduce the number of button I pressed. And by that I mean is it possible 
to just tap CapsLock once and the rest of the key pressed it's as if 
CapsLock is holded down?


My system is Debian with MATE desktop.
