This document is pretty outdated iirc and reflects the old codebase
before we merged libplanner and planner into the same module. I would
only pay attention to the coding style parts.

'db2html getting-started-hacking.xml' should generate something more
readable

I must say that my knowledge of the code is a bit rusty aswell, haven't
really hacked on it since before last summer.

I think that code is mostly done in libplanner/mrp-task-manager.c (right
