[Planner Dev] Moving toward ui manager

Hi

I worked hard yesteday evening in order to advance that ui manager move.
I now have it working pretty well. I still have to reenable the
highlight critical tasks, reenable the shortcuts and move the plugins to
the ui manager. I hope you'll be able to enjoy & review the ui during
the week end.
