Is this newest CVS HEAD version or 0.12?

Since there was problem that same code was used by two different modules 
 and for reason or another it worked on Linux very well, but I run into 
same problems while porting to Windows. Now it's changed so that it uses 
simple shared helperlibrary to overcome that problem.
