Well, things aren't going nicely around here. Even it seems that there
is almost all packages needed by Planner is compiled under MinGW/MSYS
(it's a _terrible_ hack) and it's a bitch to setup, since there isn't
very good instructions nor sources don't configure very well under it.
So I'll do fallback to cygwin (non-X11) based port since it has decent
environment to work with. And get back with MinGW (or even MSVC) after
it even works under Windows.
Well I finally made it this far. Now I have compiled necessary
dependencies to start compiling Planner.
Currently libraries used has dependencies to very limited subset of
cygwin libraries, hopefully I have soon something to put up.
There is lot of work to be done with configuration settings, there is
lot of out-dated things...
