I am attempting to run Planner 0.12 (similar results with Mr. Project
0.9.1) here on Mac OS X 10.3.4 with Gnome 2.6.2 and GTK 2.4.7/GLIB

following errors are reported:
This should work a lot better in CVS, since we have fixed some linking
problem that appear on BSD variants and Windows, so OSX should benefit
from this too. It would be great if you could try it out and confirm
that it works (It's in the module "planner" on GNOME CVS, let me know
if
you need further instructions).
What version of libtool do you suggest?
I have now checked out the CVS, but when I run autoconf I get some junk:
configure.in:6: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE
If this token and others are legitimate, please use
m4_pattern_allow.
See the Autoconf documentation.
configure.in:7: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_CONFIG_HEADER
configure.in:9: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_MAINTAINER_MODE
configure.in:14: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_DISABLE_STATIC
configure.in:15: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_PROG_LIBTOOL
configure.in:22: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_PROG_INTLTOOL
configure.in:30: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_CONDITIONAL
configure.in:164: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_GLIB_GNU_GETTEXT
configure.in:183: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_PATH_PYTHON
configure.in:184: error: possibly undefined macro:
AM_CHECK_PYTHON_HEADERS
And configure is broke:
fiver:/usr/src/office15/planner jeshua$ ./configure
./configure: line 1228: syntax error near unexpected token `planner,'
./configure: line 1228: `AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE(planner, 0.12.90)'
Also, what changes were made? Are there patches available? I would
prefer to build 0.12 with the required patches. Unless you recommend
the CVS version.
Thanks,
