[Planner Dev] 0.12.x/0.13 plans

Hi all,

Time for some release planning :)

I think it would be wise to wait a few weeks, let translators work a bit
on the 0.12 branch (planner-0-12) and also get in a few critical or
simple bug fixes and then release 0.12.1 from that branch. If anyone
sees any crashes or critical warnings or so, please file bugs so we can
fix those.

For 0.13, we will probably need something like two months if we want to
get the larger changes in (scheduler + testing/fixing of that, the
pending larger patches). This branch will target GNOME 2.6 which means
GTK 2.4. I'd recommend building the GNOME 2.6 platform yourself with
jhbuild if you don't have it through your distribution already (check
out the module "jhbuild" from GNOME cvs and follow the README).
