yup - dont add it in until I've finished regression testing
everything.  The email was just a heads-up on where I was up
to.

I've looked at changes to the SQL stuff too and have done an
		 initials           CDATA #IMPLIED
in my new DTD.

I've never used the SQL stuff before so will have to test
that to make sure it doesn't bork on missing data.

Its a good test and I'm documenting what I changed for
others so that the next person who wants to add a new
parameter has a quicker idea as to what to change and
its side-effects.
