[Planner Dev] bug report: notes in resources are not saved

Notes in resources aren't saved (or aren't loaded?)

- create a new project
- create a new resource
- edit the resource
- type some notes
- save
- close this project
- reopen the project
- view the resource notes. they are empty :(
