Yeah. But I think we should mark all bugs that should be fixed before
1.0 as 1.0 and then move them down to say 0.12 or 0.13 etc.

We can probably leave them unset before we have any real plan for post
1.0.

0.12 needs to be released as soon as possible as a "0.11 + bug fixes"
