Whee, finally I got it "right". Now I have truly native win32 planner. 
Fortunately there is still lot of problems with paths, but hey at least 
Planner started (well it doesn't display nothing)... =)

I'll be in touch again when something remarkable happens.

And still I know that printing doesn't work at all...
