[Planner Dev] Planner development site

Hi all,

I'd like to present the new Planner site at:

It's meant to be a place where we collect information about Planner,
including articles on using it and discussions on development ideas, the
user guide, installation guide, etc.

Feel free to create an account if you want to help out building the
content of the site.

The special scratchpad area is a good place to brainstorm, I've started
out by adding two pages, one about the menu structure and one about the
database support:
