[Planner Dev] use of glade files in planner

Hello,

I would like to incorporate PERT and Earned value
analysis in the planner. 
I have found a few glade files and was wondering if
those files are simply redundant or they are also in
use.
If they are in use, I would like to know how they have
been called from the main window.
