I've attached a new version of the FF/SF patch. It prevents an SF
relationship with a predecessor that starts on the project start date,
and otherwise doesn't allow the project start to be set earlier than
project start, just in case you have a FF or SF and a duration that
would otherwise set you back before project start.
I also made changes to mrp-relation.sgml for DevHelp (removed talk of
only FS relationship being implemented so far).
I'll commit this patch tomorrow unless someone finds a problem with it.
