It looks like you (or Anjuta) have run autoconf & friends before you installed gtk-doc-tools and intltool, because otherwise the IT_PROG_INTLTOOL and GTK_DOC_CHECK macros would not have been present in configure. I think running aclocal && autoconf && automake -a will fix this, but I also think it's better to start with code from subversion and run autogen.sh, which will do everything for you. > I am not obliged to use Anjuta and can use simply a terminal and type > make !
