gcc.exe:Error,unrecognized option "--out-implib"

use make command to install the planner source code in MinGW, when make in libplanner , the gcc shows "Error, unrecognized option "--out-implib" ".
what is "--out-implib" used for? how can i fix it? anybody else faces the same problem?
