Planner currently does not support this. We would need to have some kind
of export options dialog in which to select this.
If you feel adventurous and need a quick fix for your current situation,
you could modify a few .xsl files.
Adding the year to the dates should be done in
/usr/share/planner/stylesheets/html1_tasks.xsl at every occurrence of
month-abbreviation (use the year() function).
To remove the gantt in the output remove the following line from
data/stylesheets/planner2html.xsl:
<xsl:call-template name="gantt"/>
The changes take effect after a restart of planner.
