This is irrelevant. Gnome-media will use whatever GNOME uses, so if
Totem's regressions are worse than acceptable, gnome-media will not accept
any patch whatsoever. If they are, and a sufficiently acceptable patch is
supplied, I'll take it. Neither of those conditions have been met.

I hope so. But I won't make that statement (or the reverse) without
sufficient backing of experimental data (see my scienticism? :-) ).

If 0.10 is an overall better end *user* experience (rather than a
developer experience), we should move everything over. I really want you
guys to think over those things critically and analytically.
Enough flaming. As said, I'll get over to doing my analysis this weekend
and make up my mind.
