I have to admit I wasn't sure about that.  I should probably have added
it to the devel set instead.  Then again, if libsoup is part of GNOME
2.28, it makes sense to include libsoupmm as well.

What's the normal procedure for new binding modules?  Hm, I should
probably have asked that question before pushing...

Right.  I'll do that tomorrow, unless of course it's decided that
libsoupmm will not go into 2.28.
