Another GTK+ freeze break request

Here is another binding-related GTK+ change:

The new GtkEntry::icon-pressed and GtkEntry::icon-released signals are
marked as action signals for no good reason, and that has the
potential to confuse bindings authors who rely on this flag as
guidance for how to handle the signal.
