Although this is what everyone else does, I don't think it's the best
sort behavior. It forces people to decide on their complete sort order
before they start clicking. It also doesn't give any feedback on how
many sort keys are really needed.
I suggest we use Shift-click to mean "add a sort key at the end." So,
Click track, click album, click artist would do as Chris suggests (to
follow the principle of least surprise), but click artist, shift-click
album, shift-click track would sort by artist, then album, then track,
and if the user discovered the songs were already sorted by track, they
could stop early.
