The patch is in
arch://jyasskin@mail.utexas.edu--2003/rhythmbox--random-for-shuffle-repeat--0.7--patch-1.
It uses the random-by-age-and-rating play order when both checkboxes are
checked. It inconsistent-izes both checkboxes when a play order is
selected that can't be selected through the gui.
