From http://www.xiph.org/ogg/vorbis/doc/v-comment.html : « [The Vorbis Comment Header] is meant for short, text comments, not arbitrary metadata » (to be fair, it also says arbitrary metadata can be expressed as an additional data stream added to the main audio ogg vorbis stream).
