I'm not familiar with WavPack and CUE sheets, but are I correct in
understanding that they are basically several tracks in one file?


If so, we'd need some co-operation from GStreamer. When importing, we'd
need to know that there are multiple tracks in the file, and when
playing we'd need some way to switch between them. Gnome bug 336951
seems related to this kind of stuff.
