Doing this when tracks are dragged to Nautilus is basically impossible,
as Rhythmbox has nothing to do with the copying. All it does is hand the
list of tracks URIs to the receiving application, which does the copying
or whatever else if wants to.

Bug 329267 has some code to do what you want, and it shouldn't be too
hard to turn it into a plugin which adds a menu item.
