Currently, rhythmbox ignores all folders starting with a "." when searching for plugins. However, it still looks in _darcs and CVS folders for those of us storing our plugins in those systems... with Darcs, this is particularly bad, as it may well load the version in _darcs/pristine/ which would be an older "pristine" copy kept by darcs. The attached patch ignores _darcs and CVS folders - I think that most other common revision control systems are covered by the "."-starting matcher. Tom
