I really like the grouping of the search toggles.  Toggle buttons that are all related should be right next to each other, i think.

Also, it's good that the rating widget finds its way into the "currently playing" area.. but I agree that its position shouldn't change.

The last.fm text in the top-right is good too, with links to ur profile page, and the ability to log out if you don't want ur friends to know about your secret britney spears obsession.

"performed by" and "from the album" are still too much text for my liking.  I think they interfere with they actual information.  Using more whitespace and/or icons (maybe similar to the search icons) would be more clear.

Just one thing, the rating is positioned when the track name ends, which would change depending on the track name length. It would be best if kept in a fixed position.
