[Rhythmbox-devel] Volume normalization

One of my favorite things about when I used windows was that iTunes as
well as just about every other media player had a 'volume normalizer'
function, so that I wouldn't have to continuously turn my volume knob
up or down in order to hear my music while my family slept in the room
next door.  I believe that this would be an excellent addition to
Rhythmbox.
