This works as far as I can tell.  More testing is welcome.

The latest patch there needs to be reworked for some changes I just made to
the visualizer plugin, but apart from that it's pretty much done.  Gapless
playback works and the network buffer size is now configurable.

Since that didn't seem to be happening (or, in a more optimistic view, it was working
perfectly), I've committed the most recent patch and this is now done.

0.12.2 should happen in a couple of weeks, with embedded coverart support,
probably GtkBuilder, maybe playbin2, hopefully the multiple library location
stuff Christian Becke has been working on, and anything else that comes along.
