[Rhythmbox-devel] Patch for [Bug 22483] Rhythmbox has case-sensitivity

Hi,
This is my first patch. I hope this is the right way to submit a patch.
This patch converts the album, artist and song names to title case. This eliminates the problem of duplicate entries. For example, "Red Hot Chilli Peppers", "red hot chilli peppers" and "RED HOT CHILLI PEPPERS" will now show up as the same band ( which is "Red Hot Chilli Peppers").

Status in The Rhythmbox Music Management Application: Confirmed
Status in “rhythmbox” source package in Ubuntu: Triaged

Bug description:
Bug: Rhythmbox has case-sensitivity. Needs to be removed.

Description: I have 100 music files of "Abba", "ABBA" and "abba", Rhythmbox will
have 3 separate entries. Makes many people's music collections in rhythmbox
rather messy.

Expected behaviour: No case-sesntivity. All 3 artists must be grouped into one,
as *never* is an artist differentiated by case.
