Ah, I see. The direct URL for the ogg stream is
http://eteris.startfm.lt/startfm.ogg
at least when I fetched it. If this URL is reasonably stable, I don't
think there would be a problem adding it directly like that. I've
written up a patch to add it, and I've created a Bugzilla entry:

https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=637174

As the Rhythmbox developers have previously indicated that they prefer
bug reports in Bugzilla to help track this sort of thing :)
