Just have a look at this page (http://live.gnome.org/RhythmboxPlugins/ThirdParty) and you will find "alarm clock" plugin (actually there are two).
 

Also I Wonder how to add cd art covers..

Go to Modify -> Plugins -> and click on "Cover" and you can download the cover album of current song.
