- Release an initial candidate or Mallard, the new topic-oriented
help format. This includes finishing the specification, RelaxNG
schema, and Mallard->HTML XSLT. It also means Danilo has to make
xml2po work with Mallard documents. This may have to be bumped
to 2.24, depending on how much time I have.
- Add support for automatic indexes to the DocBook XSLT.

There is a general plan of adding easy PDF generation.

I had hoped to be further along with Mallard in 2.20.
