next hackfest

Hello everyone !

I think it's time to slowly start thinking about the next GNOME+Rust hackfest for the end of this year. First question to Federico: any news about organizing it in Mexico? If not I'll ask to Antonio if we can go to Roma.

Please note that there will be a gstreamer hackfest on the 2-3 November and the Rustfest will be on the 9-12 November, therefore those dates aren't available (that's why they're not in the poll).
