mailing list is now 'open to send'

Hi all ya Rygel lovers,
  I just wanted to inform everyone that this list is no longer
moderated, i-e a non-member can send emails too. On the positive side,
it would mean that people don't need to subscribe to ml just to send
one mail to it. On the negative side, that would mean that now all the
spam that gnome spam filters fail to filter out will come to your
inbox.
