Hi *,
I wonder if anyone have seen this particular compile error (My Vala
knowledge is non-existent and Google's apparently too):
./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-uninstalled

--without-ui --enable-gst-launch-plugin
--disable-tracker-plugin \
--enable-vala
...
checking for gupnp-dlna-2.0 gstreamer-1.0 gstreamer-pbutils-1.0 vala
bindings... configure: error: Package requirements were not met:
gupnp-dlna-2.0 gstreamer-1.0
gstreamer-pbutils-1.0
error: Package `gupnp-dlna-2.0' not found in specified Vala API
directories or GObject-Introspection GIR directories
see below for gupnp-dlna. Also this looks like valac is not pointing to
valac-0.18 (because of the missing gstreamer-* things).
However, not a single gupnp-dlna-2.0 package from :
http://ftp.acc.umu.se/pub/GNOME/sources/gupnp-dlna/
contains (or makes) gupnp-dlna-2.0.vapi.
Everything since 0.9.3 should if the dependencies are installed.
.... but not a working code - all Makefiles in vapi/ dir have
gupnp-dlna-2.0.vapi target commented out....
Anyone knows of a solution?
Do you have gobject-introspection and vapigen (version >= 0.18)
available? Otherwise it can't generate the vapi.
Can you send your config.log?
