searching for a theme

Is there a theme that _really_ lets me configure which titlebar buttons
appear?  So far, I have found many that claimed this, but they all
turned out to just offer a choice between a handful of traditional styles,
say Windows, Aqua, Next, and FVWM.  My ideal configuration is
Menu -- Shade, Iconify, Close - none of the above.
