Hi,
if you use Sawfish 1.6.0, the reason why the debian menu isn't read
anymore, is that sawfishs fdo-menu implementation
(sawfish.wm.ext.apps-menu) has higher priority, you may use
(define-special-variable apps-menu-autogen nil)
to disable it; about the menus:
root-menu/window-ops-menu: sawfish.wm.menus
apps-menu: sawfish.wm.ext.apps-menu
window-menu: sawfish.wm.ext.beos-window-menu
other specific menus (say grow-pack/shrink-yank) are defined in their
modules.
