Is it possible to make it as (command line) option? Dock type
windows get 'aviod' property set by Sawfish, but I don't like it for
pager. I want cycle-skip and window-list-skip, so I set it from the
configurator "window rules" (former "matched window").

Or an option sawfish-config -> pager "mark as dock type" may suffice.
