First reported with 1.3.5, first reproduced by me with 1.6.2.

This seems to not be a regression. Either some incompatibility like the Cursor-Warp
issue. Previously only OO.o dialog where affected, but now also some KDE4 dialogs are.

Besides all other fullscreen-apps (Geeqie & Co. work just perfect).
