[IMPORTANT] librep arrived at Tuxfamily.

Hi all,

librep is now also at Tuxfamily. (Note: Project librep does contain librep and 
rep-gtk, so same base locations and stats)

( I forgot to push the changes in debian/* before moving... but the tarball 
contains them, so I'll re-do them soon - just in case anyone wondered )
