Query folders

The idea is to have a virtual folder type that holds a query of which
the result is stored in an mmap()able file (to reduce memory usage).

There's already a query mechanism designed in the new TnyFolderStore-
Iface API

Together these could replace some features of the VFolder feature of
Evolution without having to use a lot memory.
