you will need to wait for the next version which is due any day now.

for C you get the choice of using libtracker.h or via Dbus directly but 
more on that later.

There's about 6 hours work left on tracker for the next version and I 
hope to spend 1-2 hours a day doing that so expect a release towards end 
of this week.
