I've been having a couple of problems with tracker's cvs lately; a lot
of the DBus functions don't seem to work... for example Files.GetMTime
will hang, and Metadata.GetRegisteredTypes seems to crash Tracker (it
just quits, with no messages or segfaults or anything). I ran it under
gdb, and the crash seems to be nested deep within the DBus libs...
also, i'm running latest Ubuntu Edgy, so our packages might have bugs
too. Thanks,
They may well be bugs beacuse most of the new Dbus interfaces are both
untested and unused currently.
Passing a NULL for an array (as) input parameter can crash dbus -
probably needs code to make sure an empth array of string contains
something - they should fix this in dbus mind you.
