[Tracker] tracker 0.6.4 is now in string freeze

Hi All,

Have now frozen strings (a few have recently been added to
tracker-prefs)

I anticipate a release during next few days.

there are still a few minor issues that I will sort out by monday but
otherwise is ready for testing again.
