yeah, but that works only in explorer, so probably it's just an
hidden hook...
OS X does a similar thing, but the icon is present, beside the window
title, only when it is actually useful. the finder, TextEdit and MS
Office have the icon and manipulatin that icon is actully the same
thing as manipulating the file icon (dragging it to a different
directory moves the file, for example).
