Jeroen. What I see in your e-mails is that you don't like how Gnome
feels "different" to what you are used to. I'd play around with it for a
while ;)
Personally I prefer to have my menus that the top of a window at the top
of the screen. Having the top of a window totally wastes a large are of
screenedge space which we all know is the easiest place on the screen to
click.
