[Usability] HIG: Close button

This is a question about what the HIG suggests. I am lazy - I have ignored
the various discussions about what  the HIG _should_ say and I'm too lazy to
figure out which part of the HIG is relevant. Sorry.

Does the HIG say whether windows should have GTK+ "Close" buttons in
addition to the WM close buttons? For instance GnomeMeeting has a Call
History window which just shows some information. It's not an alert, so I'm
not sure if an "OK" button would be appropriate instead.
