You're right! it works perfectly... i didn't know that shortcut... just
focus the panel (clicking somewhere on it) press ALT+F7 and move the
mouse to see the panel change it's position...
OK... however I still believe pop-up menu would be usefull... you know,
everything should be accessible in many ways: shourcut, menu-items
bottons... to allow user to choose the way that best fits his habbits.
For example many of my collegues don't use shortcut, they can't really
keep them in memory, they're usual with pop-ups...
