And gnome-icon-theme is where gnome apps should minimally be relying
on a certain set of icons existing. We shouldn't be creating GTK_STOCK_*
definitions just to point at any icon we may need on a non-unix system.
Anyway, that is probably another discussion to be had on a different
list. Putting icons in the option menus, and getting the icons created
if we don't already have them, are both good things.
